The Canton Fair typically invites overseas buyers via e-invitation or paper invitation. We recommend using the e-invitation for its convenience — you can receive and print the invitation letter from home. Below are the steps to apply for an e-invitation:

Get your username and password in your e-mail
Log in and fill in the e-Invitation application form
Receive confirmation and print your e-Invitation by e-mail.
Getting an invitation to the Canton Fair is just the first step. You’ll need to apply for a visa to attend the fair in China (unless your country is on China’s visa-exempt list). After receiving the official invitation letter (either electronic or paper), visit the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country to apply for your visa. The invitation letter must include the buyer's name, nationality, and company.

The Canton Fair Buyer Entry Badge (IC Card) is the only official admission to the fair. Since the 134th Canton Fair, overseas buyers are encouraged to pre-register and collect their badges at the Overseas Buyers' Registration Offices. Paper registration forms are no longer available onsite.

If you arrive at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, you can take the subway or a taxi to the Canton Fair. For the subway, take Line 3 (towards Haibang) and transfer at Kecun Station to Line 8 (towards Wanshengwei) until you reach Xinguang East Station, Exit A.
Alternatively, if you fly into Shenzhen Bao'an or Zhuhai Jinwan, or enter via Hong Kong, take the high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. From there, take Line 2 (towards Jiahewanggang) to Changgang Station and transfer to Line 8 (towards Wanshengwei).
Additionally, if you are unable to pay via WeChat for transportation, please make sure to have RMB cash ready in advance.
For navigation, Gaode Maps (AMAP) is recommended over Google Maps in Guangzhou.
